Changing Seasons
It was a summer to remember, and not always for the best reasons. Some crazy upper respiratory infection took me down for the month of June, and August brought the loss of my 18-year old (crazy but awesome) cat, Percy. But between those events was joyful work on my new podcast, fun times with friends and family, another spin around the sun, and tons of meditating to keep it all in check. Seasons are hard to delineate here in Los Angeles, but I’m looking forward to Fall and turning inwards to create new projects, adventures and pumpkin spice lattes.
